California Ethics Laws for Public Officials 2006-2007
As of October, 2005, Assembly Bill No. 1234 requires all local agencies that provide compensation, salary, or stipend to, or reimburses the expenses of, members of a legislative body to provide ethics training for their public officials by January 1, 2007, and every two years thereafter.
